1. Who these Terms are between
These Terms apply between you and TennisDollar. Postal address: Swan Street, City Centre, Manchester, M4. Email: tennisdollar0@gmail.com. You can also submit an account-linked message through Contact & rights requests.
2. What TennisDollar provides
TennisDollar publishes statistical tennis match analysis, including model picks, confidence scores, form, head-to-head information, workload indicators and historic performance records. It provides Free, Monthly and Annual access plans. Free access is currently limited to three match predictions per UTC day; paid plans include the available daily matches.
TennisDollar does not accept stakes, place or execute bets, hold gambling funds, operate a betting exchange or guarantee any sporting outcome. If the service later introduces bet placement, affiliate betting journeys or facilities for gambling, specialist Gambling Commission and advertising-law review will be required before release.
3. Predictions and performance
A prediction is an estimate produced from the data available before a match. Confidence scores are model outputs, not guarantees, fixed probabilities of success or promises of profit. Tennis results can be affected by injury, retirement, weather, scheduling, incomplete data and unexpected performance.
Historic live records and retrospective backtests are labelled separately. Past performance does not ensure future results. Sample size, exclusions and settlement methodology are shown on the Performance page. You remain responsible for your decisions and should never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Bookmaker odds
Betting odds are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Decimal odds are supplied by API-Tennis from third-party bookmakers and are separate from TennisDollar’s model confidence scores. The bookmaker and retrieval time are available by selecting an odds badge.
Odds are cached, may change between updates, and may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. A displayed price is not a guarantee that a bookmaker will offer or accept that price. Confirm any price, market and conditions directly with the relevant bookmaker. Missing or expired quotes are shown as an em dash. TennisDollar does not accept bets or place wagers for users.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. One person may not misuse multiple accounts to evade limits, scrape the service or interfere with other users. You must be at least 18 to purchase a paid plan or use the analysis in connection with gambling.
5. Acceptable use
You may use TennisDollar for personal, lawful purposes. You must not copy or resell substantial parts of the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, probe security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or use the service in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The TennisDollar name, branding, interface, original written analysis, model presentation and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Match facts and third-party data remain subject to their respective rights. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is entitled to access.
7. Paid plans, renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew each month and Annual plans renew each year until cancelled. The checkout summary and Stripe Checkout show the price and billing interval before payment. You can cancel future renewal through My account and Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the law requires an earlier remedy.
For UK distance contracts, a statutory cancellation period will generally end 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. Where the law permits, a proportionate charge may apply if you expressly request that a service starts during that period. Digital-content rules may differ where all statutory conditions are satisfied. TennisDollar does not treat agreement to these Terms as a blanket waiver of cancellation rights. Use Contact & rights requests to exercise a cooling-off right or request a refund. Refunds and timing will follow applicable law and do not limit your statutory rights.
The precise classification of this subscription as a service, digital content, or a mixed contract must be confirmed by UK legal review. Any future renewal cooling-off rules must be reviewed before they come into force and implemented where applicable.
8. Failed payments and plan changes
Paid access is granted only after Stripe reports an eligible subscription state. A failed or unpaid renewal may suspend paid access. A cancelled Stripe Checkout does not create a paid subscription. Plan changes, downgrades, billing details and payment methods are managed through Stripe where available.
9. Availability and changes
TennisDollar depends on third-party match data, authentication, payment and hosting services. Matches, statistics or features may sometimes be delayed or unavailable. Reasonable changes may be made to keep the service secure, accurate or legally compliant. Material Terms changes will be clearly notified and renewed affirmative acceptance requested where legally required.
10. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, TennisDollar is not responsible for gambling losses or decisions made in reliance on predictions as if they were guaranteed.

Submit complaints through Contact & rights requests. You can also email tennisdollar0@gmail.com without logging in. The intended governing law is England and Wales, but this wording requires legal review and does not remove mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available where you live.
